Had my 2nd appointment on Wednesday... the baby is great! That is a looooooong 4 weeks between visits, I dont know why they make you wait so long! The heartbeat was 155 bpm, all of my tests came back perfect! I had been having some morning sickness, and I still managed to gain weight... I told the doctor that that will never be a preoblem for me. EVER! She did say that I was right on track in terms of weight gain, thank goodness! I feel like a blimp, i'm just glad the scale doesnt reflect that :)
I am feeling a little better now, not as much morning sickness. I think thats because i'm a little further along now and because I have learned not to ever get hungary! The second my tummy gets empty, I'm running for the toilet. Throwing up in an office building is so embarrasing by the way. :)
I was so disappointed that you dont get an ultrasound at every dr's appointment! I was so looking forward to seeing how our little lima bean has progressed. Oh well. We dont get our next ultrasound until April 21st (20 weeks). 8 LONG WEEKS! Until we know if we are going to be welcoming a little boy or a little girl!
Until then, I am at ease with the knowledge that everything is on track and the baby is safe and sound :)
