Spring!

Spring is here! The weather has been gorgeous! We are talking 80s gorgeous... even when it rains it is warm! I LOVE it! We are so excited to be able to spend lots of time outside. Last weekend we went to a park, had a picnic and let Estella crawl all over us. So fun! I moved to San Antonio late April last year so I missed some of the perfect weather and went right in to the summer heat. I am going to enjoy this while it lasts!

Estella started daycare a few weeks ago and she is doing so well! It has been such a great experience! She plays all day, growls with excitement (i know, weird... thats my baby!) and coos and goos with all of the teachers. Its so fun to go pick her up and watch her light up when she sees me. She is the only girl in the infant room right now, but I have been told that 2 of the teachers will be having baby girls that will be joining them soon. Because we dont have family in San Antonio it has been nice that she has been interacting with kids so often and on a regular basis. She is such a social butterfly at only almost 7 months the environment really suits her.

Oscar is really enjoying being back to work full time. He is working on lots of projects to help the quickly growing company ease the 'growing pains'. I love seeing him so happy :) He is almost done with his first semester at San Antonio College. He has done great and is looking forward to completing his second semester and knocking out year 1.

I went by our home site today and they had just poured the foundation. I'm so excited! We are hoping that when they pour the driveway that we can put Estella's footprints and handprints in the concrete. We think it would be sweet. Our move in date seems so much closer now that there isnt just dirt on our lot! I have been dreaming day and night of what it will be like to come home to our very own house!

Estella will be 7 months in a few days, pictures to come! Its hard to believe!
