I am getting increasingly impatient, I cannot wait for our ultrasound next Tuesday! I cant wait to personify my son/daughter whom I currently refer to as 'it'! I feel movements every day, somedays more than others, its so strange to be having a conversation with someone while my baby is kicking away... its like a little secret, the most amazing feeling in the world and nobody knows its happening but you. Needless to say it is hard to focus on conversation when this happens :)
Oscar completed his first week of school... 12 hour days (work/school) are not so fun for him. Studying on the weekends are hard too. He'll get in the swing of things though, and hopefully so will I :) Its going to be even harder for him to be so busy and have to be focused on work/school when the baby is born, i cant even imagine! Thank goodness I went to school when I was young because I am so distracted at this point in my life i would most certainly not consider school a priority and FAIL miserably. Oscar is, thankfully, more focused than I am!
19 weeks tomorrow, allllllmost half way :) I am hoping that the second half goes quicker than the first half, because this wait is agonizing! My belly is undeniably pregnant looking :) I went to the Seattle Art Museum this weekend the Roman art exhibit was cool, but the hardwood floors + my flat shoes + my protruding abdomen = BACK ACHE! Ouch! I had to sit on the bench with the old ladies for part of the tour. I cant imagine what is yet to come.
