I've got 2 pieces of news to share :) First, I dont know why people say they put off wearing maternity clothes as long as possible... they are the most comfy clothes EVER! Infact, I have considered wearing maternity pants even after I deliver. OK, so I'm joking... I dont want to be an embarrassing mom from birth, I'd prefer to wait until our baby is a teen. :) But seriously though, the new found freedom my midsection is experiencing is pure bliss!
We went downtown this weekend and visited the GAP's Maternity section I got 3 pairs of perfect pants all LONGS for about $120, I love sale racks! I didnt even wait to get home to put them on. We paid, and i immediately ditched my pre-maternity pants with my embarrassing rubberband and open zipper. WOOHOO!
Also, I have been feeling the baby kick, well poke at least. I will be sitting at my computer or laying down watching TV and all of a sudden i feel like something flicked me from inside! I know its kind of early, but I am not confusing it for gas... believe me I have had plenty of gas to know the difference. It is the most incredible feeling, like our little girl/guy is saying hi! :)
My next appointment is on Wednesday... its another uneventful one, but I'm excited to hear the heartbeat again! I am going to see if i can get my ultrasound early... i am going to be out of town when i am scheduled to have it and I cannot wait!!! At this rate i am not going to find out until i am 23 weeks! UNACCEPTABLE! I dont think they are going to budge though (bummer). I'll just have to be patient!!! :(
