So by my calculations, with help from the internet, I should be about 6 weeks or so along. My first Dr's apointment is on January 23rd, we are SO excited. We have decided to have the baby in Overlake because it is down the street from us, doesnt get much better than that!
So far I have been feeling fine for the most part. Today was my first day of waking up and feeling like I wanted to "ralph" lets hope that was a fluke. Other than that I have just been ridiculously tired, if i didnt know i was pregnant I would think I was Narcoleptic. I'm talking can come home from work, cook dinner and lay down for 5 minutes... and 5 minutes turns in to 12.5 hours. Also, some of my favorite foods make my stomach churn. I am quite satisfied with my symptoms so far and would really like for the rest of my pregnancy to be this smooth!
My goal is to keep my weight gain under control, I know that everything I gain now, I will have to lose later, argh! I know that gaining weight is necessary for pregnancy and I will enjoy and embrace the fact that for the first time in my life its OK to gain weight! Its a pretty freeing and incredible feeling actually.
Oscar and I got a Costco membership to buy fruits, veggies and meat in bulk, we are really excited about that. We are love with Costco at the moment.

Mary and Oscar,
I think it is just sinking in that I will be a grandmother. Wow. I know you must have so many hopes and dreams crowding your head right now. "What will she look like?, whose nose will she have? what will she sound like?"
You two are such good people already, but there is something about being a parent that makes you want to be the best person you can be. There will be two little eyes watching everything you do. It is an awesome responsibility, and the greatest joy you will ever know. Oscar already knows this, but he will know it doubly.
I love you both...excuse me... I love the three of you so much.
