Last week I spent feeling a constant and nagging feeling of nausea. It was horrible! The conflicting feelings of not wanting to eat because your stomach is churning, but knowing that you have to eat! And then when you look for something to eat everything might as well be anchovies and brussle sprouts because even cookies and ice cream sound DISGUSTING! Good news is that I have been feeling better lately, still not 100% and I dont have my normal appetite but at least I dont feel like I want to die.
As odd as it sounds, a part of me misses being so ill because it was a physical aknoweledgement of what is happening inside of me :) For now I can't wait until our appointment tomorrow. I have heard that they do an ultrasound your first appointment, hearing our baby's heartbeat will be nothing short of a miracle.
Say prayers for us that everything is on track and that the heartbeat is strong!
